We are a mission-driven nonprofit committed to advancing neurodiversity inclusion and educational equity across India by supporting under-resourced schools, training educators, and empowering children with the tools they need to succeed. Our mission is to build a compassionate, inclusive society where every child has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Founder: Mashenka Anand

I am an educator, philanthropist, and social impact leader with a deep commitment to empowering children and young people to thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially.

With a background in special needs education, my work sits at the intersection of education reform, inclusion, and innovation. I have spent years working closely with schools, families, and communities to design programs that recognize each child’s unique strengths while providing the support they need to succeed.

I am the co-founder and managing partner of ExploreXtraordinaire Center, an educational initiative focused on holistic assessments, giftedness identification, AI readiness, and personalized learning pathways. Through this work, I have supported students across diverse learning profiles, including neurodivergent learners, helping families navigate education systems with clarity and confidence.

Alongside education, I am deeply involved in philanthropy and community outreach. As a trustee and leader within charitable foundations, I have helped drive initiatives ranging from inclusive education and teacher training to life-saving medical interventions for children. I believe meaningful impact happens when compassion is paired with structure, data, and long-term vision.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: every child deserves to be seen, understood, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of ability, background, or circumstance.

Through my work, I aim to build systems that are more inclusive, more humane, and better equipped for the future.
